The Challenge Workbooks are a great way to design True-Days. If you haven’t got your Workbook for your upcoming Challenge yet, get it. These precious tools were developed to help you manufacture True-Days. The daily Activity Lists facilitate action in the four focus areas of your life – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. They also have an embedded scoring system to enable you to monitor and evaluate your performance. But, your primary objective on the Challenges isn’t to score the highest points each day. The goal is to have True Days.
Got it?
Once again, a True-Day refers to achieving all that you set out to achieve on the day. You don’t need to score 100 points (the maximum points in a day) on the Challenge
Scorecard to have a True-Day. You simply need to do everything that you planned to do.
The magic formula for success is to
take one day at a time. Do your best to get the highest possible score each day. Sure.
Why not? But don’t make this your goal.
If you have a less than True-Day and you’re serious about finding your true-self, healing your body, and enjoying radiant health and vitality every day for the rest of your life, then make sure you get a better score the next day and the next. But, don’t stress yourself out trying to achieve True-Days. That will do you more harm than good. Making progress is more important.
