Administration:

  • Do the prescribed Daily Exercises each day.

Materials: 

  • You can download the Daily Worksheets but we highly recommend you get the Body Rejuvenation Challenge Workbook from Amazon. We'll also email you the link after you enroll.
  • The Member's Area also provides you with exclusive access additional tutorials and Itinerary Pages for each day of the Challenge. 

Preparation:

  • Take three days off work, if possible. (It’s important to break your daily routine.) Most people do this Challenge over a weekend.
  • Restrict contact with people as much as possible.
  • Avoid unnecessary distractions, such as radio, television, telephones, social media, etc.
  • Create a comfortable spot to give yourself treatments each day. (Make arrangements not to be disturbed.)
  • Gather calming influences, such as candles, sweet music, flowers, and scented oils. (They help to create a healing ambiance.) 
  • Make sure that you have the equipment you need for specific cleansing techniques, and familiarize yourself with how they work.
  • Get plenty of rest. (Do as little as possible – don’t even keep your mind busy by reading a book or watching television.)
  • Calm your mind and approach this process with a level head.
  • The Daily Exercises require at least one hour a day to complete, so make time to do them. (If you compare this time spent to the hundreds, if not thousands, of hours you’ve spent watching television, it’s a small investment to make to ensure your future well-being, isn’t it?)

Planning: 

  • Schedule specific times in your Workbook to give yourself Mrs Moffet’s cleansing treatments.
  • Schedule specific times for morning, afternoon, and evening meals: Fruit or fruit salad on Day 1, and ‘water meals’ on Day 2 and 3.
  • In between ‘meals’ and cleansing treatments, make a point of scheduling in time to rest. (Rest is vital for rejuvenation.)
  • If you can, take a vow of silence for 1–3 days. (The longer, the better.)
  • Plan each day in advance.
  • Schedule specific times to do the prescribed Daly Exercises during the Challenge. (Early mornings and evenings are most popular.)
  • It's a good idea to start and end this Challenge with an enema. (Give it to yourself, or book an appointment with a professional hydro-therapist.)
