When Should You Write In Your Workbook:
In the Mornings:
In the Evenings:
At night, do the Lessons and Daily Exercises, and then write in your Workbook. It’s best not to start the Exercises or write in your Workbook until you’ve done your meditation; visualization; affirmations, and reflection exercises. Meditating before doing the Exercises puts you in the right frame of mind to answer the questions from your true-self.
Once you’ve finished writing in your Workbook, reflect on your day and then plan the day ahead. Simple!
